Am I a Qualified Buyer?

Both the AHOP and HOP programs are designed for persons or families who are at or below 80% of the Area Median Income as a basic threshold.

Other factors determining eligibility are:

are you a first-time homebuyer (with no ownership during the last three years.)
have you completed a homebuyer education course
are you working with an approved participating lender?
