Amani Apartments will be a community of 53 affordable homes designed for formerly homeless seniors age 55+ earning up to thirty (30%) of the Area Median Income for the County of Los Angeles, including individuals with disabilities. The community is located in the Mid-City neighborhood in Central Los Angeles. All units are designated for referrals through the Los Angeles County Coordinated Entry System (CES) and are subsidized under the Project-Based Voucher program administered by The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA).
