Corazon del Valle I (CDV I) is a ninety (90) unit mixed-population housing development. Forty-nine (49) units of supportive housing will be reserved for homeless individuals and households making less than 30% of AMI referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). Thirty-nine (39) units will be set-aside as general affordable units for households making 50-60% of AMI. Two units will be designated for building managers.
