The Grandview Apartments will be a 100-unit, new construction, mixed population project located in the MacArthur Park neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles.  The project will include 54 permanent supportive housing (PSH) units for households earning 30% AMI who are experiencing homelessness. 45 units will be for households earning 30%-70% AMI. Amenities include a community room, central courtyard, on-site resident services, and bike storage.
